National Neighborhood Data Archive

12 NaNDA Datasets Updated Through 2022

Twelve NaNDA datasets derived from the National Establishment Time-Series (NETS) have been updated to extend coverage from 1990 through 2022. The updated datasets span a wide range of neighborhood business and service categories:

  • Dollar Stores

  • Training and Vocation Schools

These datasets provide longitudinal, neighborhood-level data at both the census tract and ZCTA level, enabling researchers to track changes in the built environment — including shifts that occurred during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
